Feast Interactive Inc’s Your census. Your community. Your future is our 2022 Award Of Excellence winner in Campaigns – Social Responsibility. Every five years, an invitation is mailed to Canadian households to complete a census questionnaire either online or on paper. Their campaign utilized a vibrant visual aesthetic showcasing the diversity of landscapes, communities, and cultures across Canada in an effort to increase data collection activities for their 2021 census. The campaign’s primary message was to highlight the ease of completing the census and the potential benefits it brings to Canada’s diverse local communities.
Their targeted strategy and creative approach reflected Canada’s proud diversity and spoke to the importance of every individual’s involvement. Vibrant, modern, and inclusive visuals were used to uplift Canadians and encourage them to take action.
The “Your census. Your community. Your future.” campaign was delivered in both digital and traditional formats in three main phases: Pre-Census Awareness, Census Collection, and Census Reminder.
