ENTRIES

You may request a refund for your transaction prior to your work entering the judging process. Please send an email to Customer Service to confirm eligibility of a refund. Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

MERCHANDISE

You may request a refund for your transaction prior to it being sent to the manufacturer for processing and fulfillment. Please send an email to Customer Service to confirm eligibility of refund.
